Cancellation Policy

One-Time Services:

  • One-time services cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and work has begun.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellation attempts of one-time services.

Subscription Services:

  • All subscription services have a minimum contract period of three months.
  • During the initial three-month period, cancellation is not permitted. If a client chooses to discontinue service, they will be charged for the full three months.
  • After the initial three-month period, clients may cancel their subscription by providing one month’s notice.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@dgrtechlabs.co or through our Contact Us page at https://dgrtechlabs.co/contact-us/.
  • Upon receiving a valid cancellation request, the cancellation will be effective immediately, and service will continue for the duration of the notice period.

Free Trials:

  • DGR TechLabs LLC may occasionally offer free trials for specific marketing campaigns.
  • Terms and conditions for free trials will be clearly stated in the relevant marketing materials.
  • Cancellation terms for services initiated through a free trial will be as specified in the trial offer terms.

Refund Policy

One-Time Services:

  • Generally, one-time services are non-refundable once work has begun.
  • In the event that DGR TechLabs LLC fails to deliver the product within the quoted timeframe, a partial refund may be considered. The refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Subscription Services:

  • No refunds will be issued for the initial three-month contract period.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • DGR TechLabs LLC does not offer a standard satisfaction guarantee.
  • From time to time, we may offer results-based money-back guarantees for specific services or campaigns.
  • Terms of any such guarantees will be clearly stated in the associated marketing materials and will be honored as described.

  • Compensation for delays, if any, will be determined based on the specific circumstances of the delay.

Client Responsibilities:

  • Timely delivery is contingent upon the client providing necessary information, feedback, or approvals as required throughout the project.
  • Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required inputs may result in adjusted delivery timelines.

Project Acceptance:

  • Upon project completion, the client will be notified and given the opportunity to review the deliverables.
  • Any issues or discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
