Terms of Service

These terms govern the services provided by DGR TechLabs LLC (“DGR TechLabs”, “we”, “us”). By engaging our services you agree to them. Specific project scope and pricing are set out in the written scope we provide before work begins.

Billing and Cancellation

Retainers are month to month. Ongoing services (SEO, paid ads, social, development, AI automation) are billed monthly. There is no long-term contract and no annual lock-in.

You may cancel at any time by writing to info@dgrtechlabs.co or via our Contact page. Cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle: service continues through the current paid month, and you are not billed again after that.

One-time (productized) projects begin once the scope is approved and payment is made. Because work starts immediately, they are governed by the money-back guarantee below rather than by cancellation.

Refunds and Guarantee

Productized projects carry a money-back guarantee. If we cannot give you a direction you approve on a productized project, you can request your money back within 14 days of first delivery.

Retainers are billed for the month of service delivered; because you can cancel before any future cycle, there are no long-term commitments to refund.

If we fail to deliver a project within the quoted timeframe for reasons within our control, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@dgrtechlabs.co or via our Contact page.

Ownership of Work

You own the work we produce for you. Designs, code, accounts, and content are yours: retainer assets belong to you from the day we produce them, and productized deliverables transfer to you on final payment.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes vary by project and are quoted at the time of order. We commit to delivering within the quoted timeframe and will notify you promptly of any delay. The delivered work will match the scope agreed at order; additional or out-of-scope requests require additional payment before being undertaken. Timely delivery depends on you providing the information, feedback, and approvals we need; delays caused by missing inputs may shift the timeline. On completion you will be notified and given the opportunity to review; please report any issues within 5 business days of delivery.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
