Launching a Medicaid home-care brand from zero on Google

Panda Care Homecare helps families get paid by Medicaid to care for a loved one. Their website launched with zero search history. We fixed the technical issues, built the SEO foundation, and tuned the pages to convert — taking it from invisible to real organic visibility in months.

The challenge

Panda Care Homecare helps families get paid by Medicaid to care for a loved one — a service that only helps if the families who need it can find it. The catch: the website was brand new. No rankings, no backlinks, no search history, and a handful of technical issues holding it back.

To Google, the site was effectively invisible. In the six months before we started, it logged 187 search impressions and 14 clicks in total — the footprint of a site that barely exists, in a competitive, trust-sensitive niche where every inquiry is a family making a hard decision.

What we did

  1. 01

    Fix the technical foundation

We cleared the technical issues holding the site back — the unglamorous groundwork that lets Google crawl, index, and trust a brand-new domain in the first place.

  2. 02

    Build the SEO from scratch

With the foundation solid, we built the on-page SEO and content around the Medicaid caregiver programs Panda runs across 14 states, targeting the terms real families actually search.

  3. 03

    Earn authority

A new domain has to earn its way in. We grew referring domains and backlinks from zero, lifting the site's authority and its ability to rank at all.

  4. 04

Tune the site to convert (CRO)

Traffic only counts if it turns into inquiries. We tightened the pages and the path to contact so the visitors Panda was now earning could become real leads.

The results

In roughly four months, a site that started at zero turned into one with real, compounding search visibility. Every figure below comes from Panda's own Search Console and Semrush, labelled with its source and date — and we've left out the vanity numbers we couldn't stand behind.
